Invoicing, PO and Net-30
Orders above $2,500 can be invoiced against a purchase order with Net-30 terms on approved credit. Smaller orders pay by card or Shop Pay on a draft order.
Volume pricing
Business pricing starts at $19.95 per unit at 25 units. Larger orders are quoted within one business day.
Your quote shows the exact per-unit price for your quantity and mix, is valid for 14 days, and is sent by a person, not a bot. Under 25 units? The store packs are already the best price.
Custom branding: we don't offer logos, colours or private label today. If that matters to you, tick the box on the form so we can count the demand.

Can we resell TapFive units, or reset them for a new business?
Yes to both. Every unit can be reset and re-linked to a different Google listing from the dashboard at any time, and resale is allowed. Resellers order on our volume ladder (100-unit minimum, prepaid) and agree not to list TapFive on Amazon, Walmart or eBay.
Can one account manage many locations?
Yes. One TapFive account holds every location, each with its own Google review link. We build the multi-location account before your order ships; afterwards you can add locations, move units between them and re-link them yourself.
Is there a subscription or per-location fee?
No. TapFive is a one-time purchase. No monthly fees, no per-review charges, no renewals. The dashboard stays free for every location.
What is the warranty?
Business orders carry a three-year replacement warranty. If a stand, plate, sticker or card stops working, we replace it. Store orders also keep the standard 90-day money-back guarantee.
Do you ship to Canada and Europe?
Yes. US orders ship from our US stock within days. Canada, Europe and other international orders ship factory-direct by express courier (25-unit minimum). Your quote includes freight; local VAT, GST or duty is paid by you as the importer of record.
How do payment and lead times work?
Under $2,500: card or Shop Pay on a Shopify draft order. Above $2,500: invoice against your PO, Net-30 on approved credit. Orders up to a few hundred units ship from US stock in days; 500+ units ship factory-direct in about 15 business days. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
